【摘要】 目的 探讨异位妊娠与输卵管结扎术式的关系。方法 对65例输卵管结扎术后异位妊娠的患者资料进行回顾性分析结果 结扎术后异位妊娠均为输卵管妊娠，发病年龄30～35岁为高发组，占69.23%；发病时间术后6个月～2年为高发组，占63.08%。结扎方法上折叠结扎切断法发病率64.61%。结论 输卵管结扎术后异位妊娠与输卵管结扎术式有关，结扎时采用抽心包埋法是安全可行的。
