【摘要】 目的 观察十味龙胆花颗粒佐治儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法 将98例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用舒喘灵和酮替芬片治疗, 治疗组在此治疗基础上，加服十味龙胆花颗粒，疗程为14天。结果 治疗组48例,显效40例(83.3%),有效6 例(12.5%),总有效率95.8%;对照组50例,显效29 例(58%),有效10例(20%),总有效率78%。两组显效率及总有效率比较差异有非常显著性( P<0.01)。结论 在常规治疗的基础上加用十味龙胆花颗粒可提高儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗效果,且未发现毒副作用,值得临床推广应用。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shiwei Longdanhua Keli on cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods 98 cases of CVA were randomly divided into treatment group(n=48) and control group(n=50),and both groups received albuterol sulphate and ketotifen treatment.Shiwei Longdanhua Keli were added into the treatment group in 14 days therapy.Results High curative effect,average curative effect and total curative effect in the treatment group were 83.3%,12.5% and 95.8%,while in the control group were 58%,20% and 78%.There was significant difference in the high curative effect and total effect between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Shiwei Longdanhua Keli can improve the curative effect on CVA and have no any side reaction, further study is needed on it. ......
