【摘要】 目的 探讨皮下埋植避孕的效果及副反应治疗。方法 以左旋18-甲(丹东、上海、芬兰生产的3种皮埋剂)在育龄妇女左上臂内侧进行皮下埋植避孕。结果 (1)6年内壁孕率达100%。(2)副反应主要为月经周期改变及点滴出血并通过中西医结合治疗可收到显著效果。结论 皮埋避孕是安全、可靠、高效、长效的避孕方法，如果在副反应及其治疗方面能得到解决，皮埋避孕可达到世界医学领先水平。
