【摘要】 目的 从茵陈中提取多糖，并测定其含量。方法 运用微波技术用水提醇沉法提取茵陈多糖，用酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果 测得茵陈多糖含量9.3186%，平均回收率为98.84%，RSD=1.44%(n=5)。结论 首次运用微波技术从地产茵陈中提取出多糖，反应速度加快，试验结果令人满意。【关键词】 微波技术；茵陈；多糖；提取；含量测定
【Abstract】 Objective The extraction and content determinations in polysaccharides of capillary artemisia.Methods Microwave technique applied in polysaccharides of capillary artemisia were obtained by hotwater extraction and ethanol precipitation，content determination with phenol-vitriolic colorimetry.Results The polysaccharides content of capillary artemisia is 9.3186%，recovery rate is 98.84%.Conclusion Microwave technique applied in the polysaccharides of capillary artemisia has been obtained for the first time.
