【摘要】 目的 探讨应用流式细胞术(FCM)检测恶性肿瘤病人外周血淋巴细胞多项免疫指标的变化及该指标对恶性肿瘤免疫治疗前后的临床价值。方法 采用流式细胞术检测50例恶性肿瘤病人和31例健康人的外周血CD3、CD4、CD8等八项免疫指标变化，并且对其中10例病人应用免疫制剂治疗前后对抗原表达的结果进行比较。结果 恶性肿瘤病人免疫功能紊乱：(1)细胞免疫和体液免疫功能低下；(2)活化T淋巴细胞明显增多(P<0.01)；(3)接受免疫治疗的病人治疗前后差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 用流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞抗原为临床观察肿瘤病人的免疫状态提供有效的依据，免疫治疗可激活T淋巴细胞而改善免疫功能。
