摘要：目的：探讨中药紫草、天花粉对药物流产效果的影响。方法：将240例早孕妇女随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组流产药物为米非司酮配伍米索前列醇，观察组在此基础上加用紫草、天花粉，对两组的完全流产率、出血时间、月经恢复时间进行比较。结果：观察组的完全流产率为96.7%，出血时间为(12.1±3.4)d, P值均<0.05，而月经恢复时间无明显差异(p>0.05)。结论：加用紫草、天花粉可增加药物流产的完全流产率，缩短出血时间。

    Study on the Efficacy of Drug Abortion Influenced by Arnebia and Snakegourd Root

    Abstract： Objective: To study on the efficacy of drug abortion influenced by Arnebia and Snakegourd Root. Method: 240 inchoate pregnancy cases were divided into two groups (control group and experiment group )by chance. The control group were given Mifepristone and Misoprostpl, while the experiment group were given the same two above, and in addition, the experiment group were given Arnebia and Snakegourd Root at the same time. After that, we compared the complete abortion rate, hemorrahage time, rebound time of menstruation of the two group. Result: Complete abortion rate of the experiment group was 96.7%,hemorrahage time was 12.1±3.4 days, and existed significant difference between the two groups (p<0.05). There was no significant difference for the rebound time of menstruation (p>0.05 ).Conclusion: Arnebia and Snakegourd Root can increase complete abortion rate and shorten hemorrahage time. ......
