上颌第一双尖牙纵折粘结冠及桩核冠修复的三维有限元应力分布分析

     【摘要】 目的 分析上颌第一双尖牙纵折粘结冠及桩核冠修复后牙体各部位的应力改变。方法 在已建立的Clearfil SE Bond粘接的上颌第一双尖牙折裂牙模型上,分别模拟金属全冠和铸造桩核冠修复,进行垂直和腭向30度的加载,采用三维有限元法计算牙体各部位的应力变化。结果 金属全冠修复后的折裂牙最大应力值出现在金属全冠上,加了桩核修复后,牙体的应力值有所增加。结论 粘结治疗后的折裂牙应及时进行全冠修复,牙体破坏严重的在桩核修复的基础上加以全冠修复,使全冠成为应力的主要承受件,以利保护治疗后的牙体,延长患牙的使用寿命,提高纵折牙的治愈率。

    Three dimensional finite element analysis in the restoration of metal crown and dowel crown of maxillary first premolar

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the change of the stress distribution of different treatment and compare with normal tooth.Methods The right maxillary first premolar was scanned and the image was processed.The three dimensional finite element model of the fracture tooth of first premolar was been established by the special software.The gap of the model was been replaced by Clearfil SE Bond.The restoration of metal crown and dowel crown was been imitated on the model of the Clearfil SE Bond adhensive fracture tooth.The stsess vertical force and lateral 30° force was calculated.Results The FEM of the fracture tooth of first premolar was been established.The largest stress was appeared on the metal crown after restoration.The stress was increased after dowel restoration.Conclusion The crown restoration is very important to the fracture tooth treatment. ......
