摘要：目的：评价BLB种植系统的临床应用效果。方法：Ⅰ期植入种植体，3～6个月后Ⅱ期切开牙龈，上基台印模，对骨量不足者，采用自体骨移植及上颌窦提升术来扩大适应征。结果：对47例共84颗种植体临床应用6个月～6年进行观察，失败脱落7颗，其余均正常行使功能。结论：BLB种植体不失为一种比较理想的种植体。

    Clinical Research of the Application of BLB Implant System for 6 Years

    Abstract:Objective: In this study,clinical effects of BLB implant system were evaluated .Method: Implants were implanted in alveolar bone at first term.After 3～6 months,the gums that were on the top of implants were removed.Abutments were placed in implants.Then taking a impression.In some cases of severe bone?absorbed,Wecould use self?bone transplantation and maxillary sinus lifting. Result: 84 implants which wereimplanted for 6 months ～ 6 years of 47 patients were analyzed. 7 implands were extracted. 77 implants were successful.Conclusion: BLB implant system can be considered a good implant system.
