【摘要】 目的 探讨磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)诊断胆道梗阻性疾病的价值。方法 对48例梗阻性黄疸患者的MRCP进行分析，并与超声和临床手术病理结果对照。结果 MRCP对梗阻定位诊断准确率为100%，对梗阻定性诊断准确率为89.58%。结论 MRCP对梗阻性黄疸定位及定性诊断准确率高，是一种安全、有效的胰胆管系统影像检查方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP) in the diagnosis of bile duct obstructive disease.Methods MRCP examination was done in 48 patients with bile duct obstructive disease.The findings were compared with that of the pathology and ultrasound (US).Results Diagnostic rate of MRCP for obstructive focal was 100% and the rate of qualitative diagnosis was 89.58%.Conclusion MRCP is an effective and safe method for diagnosing the pancreaticobiliaryduct disease.
