摘要：目的：探讨重型颅脑损伤病人胃肠道并发症的监测和护理措施。方法：对我科2002年7月至2005年6月收治的136例重型颅脑损伤病人并发有胃出血或腹泻的61例病人的护理措施进行了回顾性分析和总结。结果：发现早期鼻饲，合理使用抗生素，严密观察病情，认真细致的护理可预防和减轻胃肠道并发症的发生。结论：采取有效的救治措施，加强胃肠道监护，对病人康复有着极其重要的作用。
