【摘要】 目的 分析我国西部农村3岁以下儿童鸡蛋添加现状及其与生长发育的关系，为改善农村地区儿童的营养状况提供参考依据。方法 采用分层多阶段抽样的方法，进行横断面调查，用Epi Info(6.0)建立数据库和逻辑检错程序，采用二次录入法(duplicate entry)进行数据录入，用SPSS 10.0进行数据分析。结果 鸡蛋添加开始时间不及时和足量添加比例低是我国西部46县农村地区儿童鸡蛋添加中存在的问题。按年龄和民族分层后，鸡蛋不合理添加与生长迟缓、低体重和消瘦在12～24个月之间显著相关(OR值分别为1.287，1.286和1.469)。结论 在经济条件相对落后的西部农村地区，加强有关辅食添加知识的宣传力度，有望改善当地儿童的辅食添加现状，继而促进其生长发育。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyse eggs supplement status under 3 years old in rural area of Western China,in order to study the present problems of eggs supplement and look for the valid intervention methods to improve children’s nutrition status.Methods Under the design of cross-sectional study and randomly sampling,the database was set by Epi Info(6.0) software,all the data was recorded with duplicate entry,SPSS10.0 was used to analyse data.Results The present problems of eggs supplement among less 3-year-old children were that the first introduce time was unreasonable and the amount was inadequate.OR values between eggs’ impropriety supplement and stunning,underweight and wasting were 1.287 ......
