摘要：目的观察AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤的临床疗效。方法 采用AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤病人58例。方法采用AF系统内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤病人58例。结果58例骨折椎体前、后缘高度由术前48%和71%恢复到术后93%和98%，Cobb’s角由术前平均24.2o矫正到术后平均2.8o；术后随访6~24个月，9例完全性瘫痪患者中5例有1~2级恢复，49例不完全性瘫痪患者有1~3级恢复。结论AF内固定系统可使伤椎复位满意，固定牢固，并能达到有效的脊髓减压。关键词：胸腰椎骨折；脊髓损伤；AF钉内固定
Results of AF instrumentation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury

Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the results of AF instrmentation for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury.Methods58 cases of thoracolumbar fractures with spinal cord injury were treated with AF instrmentation.ResultsAnerior and posterior hight of compressed vertebral bodies was restored from 48% and 71% pretoperatively to 93% and 98%postoperatively respectively; and Cobb's angle was corrected from 24.2o preoperative to 2.8o postoperatively. The postoperative followup was from 6 to 24months with an average of 11 months ,among of the 58cases ,5 recovered 1 to 2 grades in 9 cases with complete paralysis,and other 49 cases with incomplete paralysis recovered 1 to 3 grades.ConclusionAF instrmentation could achieve anatomical reduction and reliable fixation of fractured vertebrae,and effective decompression of spinal cord. ......
