     摘要：目的测定10种治疗脑血管疾病的中成药中铬(Cr)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、铁(Fe)、钙(Ca)及镁(Mg)等6种金属元素的含量。方法采用原子吸收分光光度法测定10种中成药中Cr、Cu、Zn、Fe、Ca及Mg等6种元素的含量。结果10种药物中金属元素，大活络丹中Ca含量最多，(14.3125±0.5070)mg·g1；脉通中Mg含量较多，(89.2016±0.8554)mg·g1；通塞脉片中Zn、Fe含量丰富，分别为(60.4875±1.6398)μg·g1和(980.0812±15.3959)μg·g1；而消栓通络胶囊中含Cr较多，(9.8812±0.7344)μg·g1。结论10种药物中金属元素含量都比较丰富，但有一定差异，测定结果为探讨中成药中金属元素含量与治疗脑血管疾病疗效的关系提供了一定的依据。
