【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)并发症发生的原因和防治方法。方法：总结LC 7例并发症的临床资料。结果：7例中发生MOF1例，胆漏2例，胆囊动脉出血3例，十二指肠损伤1例，均治愈。结论：严格掌握手术适应证，按照解剖结构，规范操作步骤，可减少并发症。【关键词】胆囊切除术，腹腔镜；并发症；治疗结果

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the cause and treatment of complications in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:The clinical data of 7 cases was summarized.Results:The complications were MOF in 1 case; bile duct leak in 2 cases;cystic artery bleeding in 3 cases,the duodenum hurts in 1 case. Seven patients were all cured.Conclusions:The operators should grasp the indications of laparoscopy,according to the dissection construction,and the operative step must be norm to reduce the occurrence of the surgical complications.
