【摘要】 护士工作满意度低水平状况直接影响到护士的工作效率和工作态度，在护理管理中本科通过给予护士人文关怀，让护士们工作着并快乐着，有效地提高了护士的工作满意度。

    【Abstract】 To be directly affected efficiency and attitudes of nurse in work by the low level of the nurse satisfaction about her job.So my section office improve the nurse’s work satisfaction availably through impart the humanities caring to each nurse in nursing manage，and keep the nurses work with happiness sensation.
