【摘要】 目的 比较3种方法治疗糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎的疗效及安全性。方法 将104例糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎患者随机分成4组：A组，口服酮康唑0.2g/d，服用4周；B组，伊曲康唑0.2g，每天2次，服用7天；C组，氟康唑150mg，每周1次，服用4周；D组为对照组。4组均每日外擦2%酮康唑炉甘石洗剂2次。治疗4周后进行结果分析。结果 4组总有效率差异无显著性(χ2=0.266，P>0.05)，但治愈率比较差异有显著性(χ2=24.544，P<0.005)，以酮康唑及伊曲康唑组疗效最佳。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of the three ways in the treatment of malassezia follicutitis.Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted.104 patients were randomly allocated to four groups:group A treated with ketoconazle 0.2g once daily for 4 weeks;group B itroconazle 0.2g twice a day for a week;group C fluconazle 150mg once a week for 4 weeks;group D as a control group.External 2% ketoconazle and colamine lotions were applied twice a day to all the patients in addition.Results The effective rate had no statistical difference in four groups(P>0.05) ......
