南通市民营卫生院卫生人力资源现状分析

     【摘要】 目的 了解产权制度改革对卫生院卫生人力的影响。方法 以整群抽样的方式,调查了南通市3个县的所有卫生院卫生人力。结果 卫生院卫技人员数量变化不大;改制的卫生院卫技人员学历结构和职称结构优化速度快于未改制的。结论 政府加强全行业管理,维护卫生人员的合法权益;改制卫生院应重视人才培养和人才引进。

    Status quo of health human resources in non-government business township health centers in Nantong city

    【Abstract】 Objective To understand the impacts of property right system reform on health human resources in township health centers(THC).Methods Three counties/county-level cities in Nantong were sampled and health human resources in all THCs in the counties were investigated.Results It has little change on health technological personnel in all THCs. The educational background and title structure in THCs after reform got improved fast than that in others.Conclusion Government macro-system management should be enhanced to ensure the legal rights and interests of health personnel.THCs after reform should attach importance to talented persons development and ushering in. ......
