【摘要】 目的 观察硬管放大喉镜检查对咽异感症暗示治疗的作用。方法 选择治疗组64例，用硬管放大喉镜检查暗示治疗，同时结合中西医治疗咽异感症；对照组59例，用间接喉镜检查暗示治疗，同时口服西药常规治疗。结果 按治愈、有效、无效进行分析，治疗组总有效率89.06%，治愈32.81%，无效10.94%；对照组总有效率67.80%，治愈22.03%，无效32.20%。两组治疗结果差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 用硬管放大喉镜检查暗示治疗同时结合中西医治疗无明显器质性病变的咽异感症患者，有较好的临床疗效，值得推广。

    Implicit therapy for globus hystericus by incrustation magnifying laryngoscope

    【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effect of implicit therapy for globus hystericus by incrustation magnifying laryngoscope.Methods 64 out of 123 cases of globus hystericus were treated with implicit therapy by incrustation magnifying laryngoscope combined TCM and modern medicine.59 cases in controlling group treated with implicit therapy by indirect-laryngoscope combined routine-therapy with sedated medicine and VitB1.Results It showed curative rate following the therapy was 32.81%.All improved rate was 89.06% and no effect rate was 10.94%. But curative rate following the therapy was 22.03% in controlling one and all improved rate was 67.80%and no effect rate was 32.20%. There are significant differences between these two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion 64 cases of globus hystericus were treated with implicit therapy by incrustation magnifying laryngoscope combined TCM and modern medicine were effective. ......
