【摘要】 目的 建立五味子水煎物的HPLC指纹图谱。方法 应用HPLC法Kromasil C18分析柱，甲醇和水二元梯度洗脱，流速1.0ml/min，检测波长254nm。结果 运用梯度洗脱能很好的分离五味子水煎物的各类成分，五味子水煎物的指纹图谱相似度均>0.90，标示18个共有峰。结论 所建立的HPLC指纹图谱可用于五味子水煎物的质量控制。【关键词】 五味子水煎物；HPLC；指纹图谱
Studies on HPLC finger-print chromatogram of decoction of Schisandra chinensis

【Abstract】 Objective Setting up HPLC finger-print chromatogram of decoction of Schisandra chinensis.Methods Kromasil C18 column，methanol-water gradient elution，flow rate 1.0ml·min-1，wavelength 254nm.Results The compounds in decoction of Schisandra chinensis were separated with gradient elution of methanol-water.The similarities of HPLC finger-print chromatogram of decoction of Schisandra chinensis were above 0.90.There were 18 common peaks.Conclusion The HPLC finger-print chromatogram can be used to control the quality of decoction of Schisandra chinensis.
