肺炎清口服液的质量标准研究

     【摘要】 目的 建立肺炎清口服液的质量标准。方法 采用TLC法对本品中麻黄、苦参、丹参、前胡、栀子进行定性鉴别。采用RP-HPLC法,测定了方中主药黄芩中主要有效成分黄芩苷的含量。用ODS C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(53∶47∶0.0282),检测波长278nm。结果 在薄层色谱中检出麻黄、苦参、丹参、前胡、栀子;色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;黄芩苷在进样量0.408~2.040μg范围内进样量与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=3.29×107X-1.85×105,r=0.9999。平均加样回收率为100.49%(RSD=1.7%,n=5),肺炎清口服液中黄芩苷平均含量为5.042mg/ml。结论 所建立的方法可靠,结果稳定,重现性好,简便可行,为肺炎清口服液质量控制提供了方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To establish a quality standard of Fei-Yanqing oral liquid.Methods Fructus gardeniae, Herba ephedrae, Radix peucedani, Radix salviae miltiorrhizae, Radix sophorae flavescentis were identified by thin-layer chromatography, and baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, was determined by RP-HPLC. An ODS C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (53∶47∶0.0282). Detection wavelength was 278nm. Results The TLC spots were developed fairly clear, and the blank test showed no interference; A good linearity was showed at the concentration range of 0.408~2.040μg of baicalin ......
