【摘要】 目的 以患者为中心，为患者提供直接与药物相关的优质服务。方法 门、急诊药房发药窗口的药师根据药物的特性、作用、使用方法及注意事项向患者做适当的用药指导；同时接受患者的用药咨询。结果 药师依靠自己丰富的专业知识，在为患者的治疗中发挥指导用药的作用，确保患者用药的安全性、合理性。结论 开展门、急诊药房发药窗口的药学服务，对患者实行人性化服务，促使患者主动、规范用药，减少药物的不良反应发生，充分发挥药物的治疗作用。

    【Abstract】 Objective Focus on the patients and offer them an excellent service which is directly relative to the medicines.Methods According to diverse characters and efficacies of different medicines,pharmacists at the pharmacy windows of outpatient and emergency departments provide the patients directions and precautions on using the medicines properly,meanwhile,pharmacists should be available for the patients’consultation.Results Taking advantage of the rich professional knowledge,pharmacists play as advisers ensuring that the patients under treatment could use the medicines safely and rationally.Conclusion By developing a pharmacy service at the pharmacy windows of outpatient and emergency departments as well as providing a human-based service,we prompt the patients to take the initiative in using the medicines scientifically,reduce the chance of having an adverse drug reaction,and bring the medicines into full play. ......
