【摘要】 目的 观察大剂量糖皮质激素治疗HELLP综合征的疗效。方法 将78例HELLP综合征患者随机分为大剂量糖皮质激素组、标准剂量组及未采用激素组。大剂量组用地塞米松10mg，每8h 1次肌注，至分娩。结果 采用大剂量糖皮质激素组治疗疗效明显优于标准剂量及未用激素组，差异有显著性(P<0.05)；大剂量糖皮质激素治疗HELLP综合征有效率达81%。结论 大剂量糖皮质激素组能明显增加血小板计数，降低肝酶异常升高及延长孕周。大剂量糖皮质激素治疗HELLP综合征疗效显著，应用简单、方便，无毒副作用，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of high-dose glucocorticoid on HELLP syndrome.Methods 78 Patients with HELLP syndrome were randomized to three groups treated respctively with highdose of glucocorticoid,normal-dose of glucocorticoid and no use of glucocorticoid.The group of high-dose of glucocorticoid received dexamethasone lomg by intramuscular injection every 8 hours till delivery.Results Those subjects who received high-dose glucocorticoid experienced dramatically increasing the blood platelets count,lowering the liver enzyme and prolonging the pregnant course.Conclusion The high dosage of glucocorticoid to treat the HELLP syndrome can represent the efficacy of up to 81%. ......
