    摘 要:目的 检测同种抗角蛋白自身抗体(rAK auto Ab)反复注射家兔后，其血清AK auto Ab与角蛋白亲和力的动态变化. 方法 采用亲和层析法纯化rAK auto Ab，5mg kg-1 肌肉注射，隔日一次，连续8wk，ELISA法检测不同时间点家兔血清中AK auto Ab与家兔角蛋白的反应强度. 结果 实验组家兔血清A490nm 随时间推移而增加，对照组家兔血清A490nm 则基本保持不变. 结论 长期大量应用rAK auto Ab的家兔血清中，rAK auto Ab与角蛋白的亲和力随时间推移而增加.
