【摘要】 目的 探讨绝经后妇女尖锐湿疣治疗后高复发率的原因。方法 将53例绝经后妇女尖锐湿疣治疗后复发情况与同期采用同样方法治疗的285例生育年龄妇女尖锐湿疣进行比较。结果 53例绝经后妇女尖锐湿疣临床治愈后1个月复发8例，复发率15.1%；3个月复发15例，复发率28.3%。生育年龄组妇女尖锐湿疣临床治愈后1个月复发为21例，复发率7.4%；3个月复发38例，复发率13.3%。两组临床治愈后3个月复发率差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 绝经后妇女尖锐湿疣治疗后复发率高于生育年龄，应当重视老年妇女尖锐湿疣的预防和治疗，特别是对无症状HPV感染的治疗。

    The analysis of recurred cases of postmenopausal women with condyloma acuminatum

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cause about high relapse rate of postmenopausal women with condyloma acuminatum.Methods Medical records of 338 patients with condyloma acuminatum treated with the same way were retrospectively analyzed.Among them, 53 patients were postmenopausal women, and 285 patients were child-bearing period women,the relapse rate of two groups were compared.Results The relapse rate of child-bearing period women(13.3%) were significantly lower than those postmenopausal women(28.3%) in 3 months after cure(P<0.05).Conclusion The relapse rate of postmenopausal women is significantly higher than those child-bearing period women after cure,so that we should give the condyloma acuminatum of the postmenopausal women more attention, especially the human papilloma virus(HPV) infection patients without symptom. ......
