【摘要】 目的 研究建立高效液相色谱测定法测定盐酸精氨酸葡萄糖注射液中盐酸精氨酸的含量。方法 以氨基键合硅胶为填充剂，流动相：乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(50：50)；检测波长：200nm；流速：1.0ml/min。结果 盐酸精氨酸在0.025～0.5mg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，r＝0.9998，平均回收率为99.64%(n=9，RSD=0.97%)。本方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好，可用于本品的质量控制。
