【摘要】 目的 探讨芬太尼、异丙酚用于人工流产麻醉的效果。方法 选择人工流产的早孕患者800例为研究对象，观察组：实施无痛人流的患者400例，对照组：未实施无痛人流的患者400例。观察两组患者的疼痛、血压、心率、氧饱和度、出血量及人流综合征的发生率，并进行比较。结果 观察组镇痛效果100%，对照组3%，两组比较P<0.001，差异有非常显著性。观察组无一例人工流产综合征发生，对照组波动大，两组比较P<0.001，差异有非常显著性。两组术中血压、心率、氧饱和度、出血量无明显差异。结论 芬太尼、异丙酚用于人工流产麻醉安全，可靠，并有助于减少流产中某些并发症及预防人工流产术后综合征的发生。

    Fentanyl and propofol for anesthesia in artificial abortion: a clinical study

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Propofol and Fentanyl during abortion.Methods 400 cases of pregnant woman were provided with propofol and fentanyl during artificial abortion,another 400 as control. In each group the scorn of pain, the occurence rate of induced abortion syndrome,MAP, HR, SPO2 and blood lose were recorded and compared.Results The score of pain and the occurence rate of induced abortion syndrome showed significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001).There was no difference between the two groups with regard to MAP, HR,SPO2 and bleeding volume.Conclusion Propofol and Fentanyl during abortion has a good analgesic effect. And it can reduce complication and prevent induced abortion syndrome. It is valuable to use propofol and fentanyl during artificial abortion in our clinical work. ......
