    摘 要:目的 研究科室自组复方中药CCM-AT13对胃癌细胞及正常细胞的作用. 方法 与华蟾素、5-FU对比，通过MTT法研究CCM-AT13对胃癌细胞的杀伤作用. 结果 10mg·L-1 CCM-AT13，5-FU与华蟾素的杀伤率分别为(87.2±3.3)%，(34.5±3.0)%与(29.7±1.7)%，CCM-AT13具有较强的杀伤肿瘤细胞作用，杀伤率明显高于5-FU与华蟾素，而对人血管内皮细胞与大鼠血管平滑肌细胞杀伤作用较弱. 结论 CCM-AT13抗肿瘤作用明显，具有极大的临床应用价值.

    Abstract:AIM To investigate the effects of a compound Chinese traditional medicine(CCM-AT13)on gastric cancer cell and normal cells.METHODS MTT assay and cytocidal rate were employed.RESULTS Cytocidal rates of of CCM-AT13，5-FU and Huachansu at10mg·L-1 concentration were(87.2±3.3)%，(34.5±3.0)%and(29.7±1.7)%re-spectively.Cytocidal rate of CCM-AT13was markedly high-er than that of5-FU and Huachansu injection.CONCLU┐SION CCM-AT13has potent antitumor effects and great clinical value. ......
