【摘要】 目的 评价超声诊断脐绕颈在产科的临床应用。方法 应用超声诊断脐绕颈，根据缠绕的周数及松紧度，可供临床选择恰当的分娩方式。结果 对诊断脐绕颈2周以上者，放宽剖宫产指标，明显降低了胎儿窘迫及围生儿死亡率。结论 超声诊断脐绕颈简便、直观、无创、准确，为产科选择恰当的分娩方式提供了可靠的依据。【关键词】 超声诊断；脐绕颈；分娩方式

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the diagnosis of cord around neck in delivery methods by ultrasonography.Methods We diagnosed nuchal cord by ultrasonography and measured the circuits and degree of tightness,then provided the results for the department of obstertrics to choose proper delivery methods.Results We reduced the indexes to cesarean section for nuchal cord diagnosed more than two circuits,then found the fetal distress and the perinatal mortality were reduced obviously.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis in cord around neck is a simple,direct,non-invasive and accurate technique.It can provide reliable bases for choosing delivery methods. ......
