    摘 要 白癜风是一种影响人们心理健康的疾病，尚缺乏理想的治疗方法，目前正引起广泛关注.对稳定期白癜风，我们近年开展的异体黑素细胞移植研究已获得突破，该技术距离临床大量使用为期不远;对于活动期白癜风的治疗，仍具有很大的挑战性，我们期望通过清除患者病理性淋巴细胞克隆的研究应对这一挑战.

    Abstract Vitiligo is a kind of skin disease that affects the psychologic health.There is still no very effective method to therapy it by now so the disease is being noticed widely.We have made good winning on the allograft of melanocyte to vi-tiligo after several years study.The method of melanocytic allograft will be used on stable vitiligo.It is still a challenge for active vitiligo.A study is performing to face the chal-lenge，which is to remove the pathologic lymphocyte clone from vitiligo patient.
