    摘 要:目的 探讨甲状腺激素受体(T3 R)与中医阴虚、阳虚辨证关系. 方法 采用半定量RT-PCR法检测10例阴虚(甲亢)和10例阳虚(甲减)患者外周血白细胞中T3 R各亚型mRNA表达水平. 结果 ①阴虚患者T3 Rα1 ，T3 Rα2 ，T3 Rβ2 mRNA表达降低，T3 Rβ1 mRNA变化不大;阳虚患者T3 Rα1 ，T3 Rα2 mRNA表达升高，T3 Rβ2 mRNA有升高倾向，T3 Rβ1 mRNA变化不大;②阴虚患者T3 RmRNA降低，阳虚患者T3 RmRNA升高. 结论 在外周血白细胞中，T3 R mRNA各亚型表达与阴/阳虚(甲功状态)密切相关.
