纯化的结核菌素衍生蛋白免疫刺激后小鼠脑内的Fos表达

    摘 要:目的 进一步阐明中枢神经系统参与免疫调节的部位. 方法 用免疫组织化学方法观察纯化的结核菌素衍生蛋白(PPD)免疫刺激后不同时间点小鼠脑内的Fos蛋白表达. 结果 PPD初次免疫后3,9,14,18和21d时再追加免疫后7,14d的动物,孤束核、延髓腹外侧区、中央灰质、海马、新皮质等多数脑区在各个时间点均可见到较强的Fos表达.但不同时间点的Fos表达不完全相同,尤为明显的是,追加免疫后扣带回出现明显的Fos表达,且左侧较右侧强. 结论 免疫应答过程中有多个脑区参与对免疫信息的感知和调控,皮质在对免疫反应的调节中有侧别差异.
