受损背根节神经元对高浓度钙反应的敏感性与其放电型式的关系

    摘 要:目的 研究受损背根节(DRG)神经元的放电型式与其对高浓度钙(Ca2+ )反应敏感性的关系. 方法 在大鼠慢性压迫DRG模型上记录单纤维的自发放电,比较具有周期和非周期放电型式的神经元对Ca2+ 反应敏感性. 结果 21%的周期放电神经元和83%的非周期放电神经元对Ca2+ (5mmol L-1 )有反应(P<0.01).非周期放电神经元对不同浓度Ca2+ 的反应均比周期放电神经元大(P<0.01).将对Ca2+ 无反应的周期放电神经元转化为非周期放电后,对同一浓度的Ca2+ 出现明显的反应. 结论 非周期放电神经元比周期放电神经元对高钙反应敏感.

    Abstract:AIM To study the relationship between the firing pattern and sensitivity of injured dorsal root ganglion(DRG)neuron to higher Ca2+ .METHODS Spontaneous activities from single fiber of chronically compressed DRG neurons in rats were recorded,which were divided into periodic and non-periodic firing patterns.The sensitivities of two firing pattern neurons to Ca2+ were compared.RESULTS It was found that21%in periodic and83%in non-periodic firing neurons responded to Ca2+ (5mmol L-1 )(P<0.01).The responses of non-periodic firing neurons to Ca2+ with different concen-tration were more pronounced than those of periodic firing neurons(P<0.01).The periodic firing neurons showed no response to Ca2+ (5mmol L-1 );after the firing pattern of these neurons was transformed to non-periodic firing pattern ......
