    摘 要:目的 观察和比较表阿霉素和阿霉素诱导肝癌细胞凋亡的作用，为临床治疗肝癌的药物选择提供依据. 方法 用20μmol L-1 表阿霉素和阿霉素分别作用于人肝癌细胞株HCC-9204细胞3h，换液继续培养8h.用细胞形态学观察、DNA电泳和流式细胞仪判定细胞凋亡情况. 结果 表阿霉素和阿霉素分别作用于HCC-9204细胞11h后，细胞形态学改变均符合凋亡细胞特征.凋亡细胞分别占细胞总数的13.8%和13.1%.MTT试验示各实验组与空白对照组间比较相差显著，表阿霉素和阿霉素相同剂量处理组之间比较无显著差异.细胞周期检测表阿霉素组G1 期、G2 期和S期分别为56.4%，10.4%和38.2%，阿霉素组分别为61.1%，8.6%和30.3%，对照组为31.1%，61.9%和6.0%. 结论 表阿霉素和阿霉素均能有效地诱导人肝癌细胞株HCC-9204细胞发生凋亡，无明显差异.
