    摘 要:目的 探讨重症肌无力(MG)中枢神经系统(CNS)损害机制. 方法 从AChRab阳性的全身型MG患者血清中提取纯化IgG,然后注入大鼠侧脑室,应用免疫组织化学方法,观察即早基因c-fos的表达. 结果 脑室内注入AChRab后,大鼠皮层、海马、下丘脑等部位出现显著的Fos表达. 结论 c-fos基因参与MG中枢损害过程.研究表明皮层、海马、下丘脑等部的神经元极可能涉及MG中枢损害时的病理生理过程.

    Abstract:AIM To explore the mechanism of central ner-vous system(CNS)dysfunction in myasthenia gravis(MG).METHODS c-fos expression was investigated in rat CNS neurons by immunohistochemical method following intracere-broventricular administration of IgG purified from MG pa-tient sera.RESULTS Strong expression of Fos was found in the cerebral cortex,hippocampus,hypothalamus et al after intracerebroventricular administration of IgG(AChab).CONCLUSION It is concluded that c-fos may be related to the mechanism of CNS dysfunction in MG. ......
