    摘 要:目的 研究不同体积大鼠肝脏移植后肝的再生性变化. 方法 利用大鼠全肝原位移植和减体积肝移植模型，将不同体积的肝移植给体积相同的受体，观察术后移植肝的体积变化及超微结构的变化. 结果 供体肝脏与受体肝脏重量相同，移植术后无明显变化;而供体肝脏小于受体肝脏，移植后迅速生长，7d可接近原受体肝脏的大小. 结论 大鼠肝脏移植后再生能力增强，肝脏再生的大小取决于受体肝脏的大小，而与原供体肝脏大小无关.
