    Abstract:AIM To investigate how to simultaneously obtain many kinds of enzymes and trypsin-inhibitor from porcine pancreas and analyze their properties.METHODS By using techniques such as acid and alkaline extraction，ammonium sulfate fractional precipitation，membrane filtration and chro-matographic separation，up to9kinds of enzymes were simul-taneously extracted and purified from1kg of porcine pan-creas in one process.RESULTS The specific and total activ-ities of the products are as follows:trypsin16000benzoyl-L-arginine ethyl ester(BAEE)U·mg-1 protein，28.8×106 BAEEU;elastase120U·mg-1 protein，6000U;kallikrein40U·mg-1 protein，3876U;chymotrypsin22000ATEE U·mg-1 protein，19.5×106 ATEE U;trypsin-inhibitor2089T.I.U·mg-1 protein，31727T.I.U;CpA9.5U·mg-1 protein，3988U;CpB154.8U·mg-1 protein，34675U;RNase A80kunitz U·mg-1 protein，800U and DNase I137.8U·mg-1 protein，106000U.CONCLUSION Un-dergoing several optimizations，a rational and simplified tech-nical process was established，to extract and purify8kinds of enzymes and trypsin-inhibitor simultaneously with high yields and activity.The new process opens a new way of utilizing porcine pancreas and industrial separation of varieus of en-zymes from pancreas inexpensively. ......
