    摘 要:目的 研究银屑病患者治疗前后皮损表皮细胞中HSPs的表达情况. 方法 应用LSAB免疫组织化学法和真彩色医学图像分析系统，测定25例银屑病患者皮损、非皮损以及不同治疗方法治愈后表皮细胞中和6例正常人对照组表皮细胞中HSP27和HSP70的表达及含量. 结果 HSP27和HSP70在正常人表皮细胞中呈基础表达(HSP270.100±0.015A;HSP700.094±0.018A)，在银屑病患者皮损中表达很弱或无表达(HSP270.068±0.028A;HSP700.034±0.014A)，两者有显著性差异(P<0.05);在治愈后表皮中其表达量逐渐恢复(HSP270.105±0.028A;HSP700.078±0.022A);而不同治疗方法治愈后其表皮细胞表达含量间无明显差异. 结论 在银屑病患者皮损中，HSP27和HSP70表达消失，随着皮损治愈，HSP27和HSP70表达逐渐恢复，提示HSP27和HSP70可能在银屑病应激保护机制中发挥着重要作用.
