[摘 要] 目的 从股疝的解剖结构探讨股疝无张力的合理修补方式。 方法 1999年至2004年使用聚丙烯网塞及平片治疗股疝24例，不充填股环，重点充填修补股环上方的腹壁缺损区。 结果 24例接受此手术患者均术程顺利，恢复良好，随访0.5～4年无复发。 结论 应该重新正确认识股疝的解剖结构，以达到最大限度地恢复局部正常解剖及生理功能之目的。
