    摘 要:目的 探讨在乙醇诱导下发生凋亡时，原发性肝细胞癌(简称肝癌)细胞的形态学变化. 方法 用含60mL L-1 乙醇的培养液持续作用6h诱导人肝癌细胞系HCC-9204凋亡.进行凋亡活细胞的台盼蓝、吖啶橙/溴化乙啶(AO/EB)染色，凋亡细胞固定后的May-Grunwald-Giemsa(MGG)、HE染色和透射电镜观察，并进行TUNEL法凋亡检测. 结果 60mL L-1 乙醇可使HCC-9204细胞产生明显的细胞固缩、变圆，胞核和胞质浓染，胞核呈颗粒状、环形或新月体状，胞质可见“出泡”现象等凋亡形态学变化.大部分细胞为台盼蓝拒染，并呈TUNEL阳性着色.部分TUNEL阳性细胞也可见明显的凋亡形态学变化. 结论 乙醇可使肝癌细胞产生明显的凋亡形态学变化.TUNEL法可原位同时显示凋亡细胞的形态和分布.
