    摘 要:目的 探讨非线性动力学分析方法对临床脑电分析的应用价值. 方法 对老年痴呆患者26例和正常对照组22例的相关维数指标进行分析. 结果 老年痴呆患者的相关维数(D2 =4.52±0.51)较正常对照组(D2 =3.87±0.45)要低(P<0.05). 结论 老年痴呆患者相关维数的降低可能是由于脑电的非线性动力学的改变引起的，因此，相关维数可以用于临床脑功能疾病的诊断.
