    摘 要:目的 研制用于介入治疗的可显影固体栓塞材料含钡明胶微球. 方法 采用乳化聚合法制备微球,以均匀设计优化微球制备工艺,对微球的外观、粒径、显影性、分散性、膨胀系数及稳定性等进行了研究. 结果 微球分散性良好,通过控制实验条件,制备直径分布范围不同的微球.微球中硫酸钡的含量为(19±3)%.微球在生理盐水中的膨胀系数约为1.267.体外实验证实其在干燥及浸泡状态下X-线显影性良好. 结论 微球的制备工艺成熟,制得的硫酸钡-明胶微球分散性良好,硫酸钡含量较高,X-线下显影清晰,膨胀系数较大,可长时间显影,是一种较为理想、具有广泛临床用途的新型固体栓塞材料.

    Abstract:AIM To prepare gelatin-barium sulfate micro-spheres and measure their physical and chemical characters.METHODS The method of emulsification was used to pre-pare gelatin-barium sulfate microspheres.The uniform design was adopted to optimize the technics.The development under X-ray was judged by X-rays,and the expanding coefficient was measured by micrography.RESULTS The barium sul-fate-gelatin microspheres with diameters around50~1000μm were screened out into groups with different diameters ......
