    摘 要:目的 探讨电子耳蜗植入术(Cochlear Implantation，CI)的麻醉特点，及其相宜的规范性麻醉处置方案. 方法 CI患儿(男5，女5)例深麻醉下伍用佩尔地平或/和艾司洛尔行控制性降压全麻，并在耳后乳突上切口区行局部浸润麻醉，控制液体输注. 结果 浸润麻醉后术野皮缘出血明显减少，控制性降压则减少钻孔处出血量，使术野显露清晰;术中液体输注量350～1350mL [(623.5±230.8)mL];7名患者术中出现心理问题，使拔管过程变得复杂、困难. 结论 ①深麻醉+控制性降压+切口处局麻，可有效减少术野出血，方便术者操作，避免鼓阶管损伤，予以推荐.②配合控制性降压，术中应严格控制液体输注.③患儿术前、术中存在心理问题，该问题应引起麻醉医师高度重视.
