    摘 要:目的 揭示无效住院日在住院手术患者中的存在状况及其影响因素，为医院管理提供参考依据. 方法 采用Vi-sual FoxPro6.0对数据库进行整理，SPSS统计软件进行单因素方差分析和相关分析. 结果 住院手术患者中无效住院日的存在是一种普遍现象(发生率64.7%)，影响无效住院日长短的因素主要是患者的身份与费别，而与疾病特征关系不大. 结论 消除无效住院日的存在仍是降低平均住院日的重要途径;其控制重点应放在对军人患者和免费患者身上.
