    摘 要:目的 建立家兔实验性急性、慢性鼻窦炎模型，观察其细菌学和组织形态学变化. 方法 家兔24只，在全麻下，行上颌窦造口术，阻塞窦口，留置棉绒，结合接种1011 cfu肺炎链球菌0.4mL.术后5，35d行细菌学和病理形态学检验. 结果 急性鼻窦炎组家兔感染的鼻窦可见多量中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞渗出液，粘膜可见淋巴细胞、浆细胞浸润，粘膜水肿，部分腺上皮变性坏死.慢性组家兔所有感染的鼻窦均表现出中度或重度的炎症，典型特征是纤毛损坏，脱屑，上皮组织化生，而且出现白细胞浸润，纤维化，骨膜增生和骨质退化.造模的所有16只家兔上颌窦细菌培养阳性率为100%，而正常组细菌培养结果为阴性. 结论 成功建立了稳定可靠的家兔急性、慢性鼻窦炎模型.
