实验性大鼠脑出血急性期血浆及脑组织中白介素6的含量

    摘 要:目的 探讨白介素6(IL-6)在实验性大鼠脑出血急性期脑组织和血浆中的含量变化,阐明其在脑出血过程中的作用. 方法 SD大鼠80只,体质量250~300g,随机分为4组:对照组、小量出血组、中量出血组、大量出血组.每组又分成5个小组,每小组4只.采用Nath法建立脑出血模型.用放射免疫法测定血浆及脑组织中IL-6的含量. 结果 脑出血后,脑组织及血浆中IL-6水平明显升高(P<0.05),有随脑出血量增加而增加的趋势,出血后不同时间IL-6的水平有显著差别(P<0.05),以48h最高(P<0.01). 结论 IL-6升高是脑出血损伤后白细胞及中枢神经系统受损的免疫应答改变,监测IL-6的变化对了解脑出血后的神经变化和判别预后有积极意义.

    Abstract:AIM To investigate IL-6concentration change in brain tissue and plasma after acute cerebral hemorrhage in rats and reveal the action of the IL-6during the brain bleed┐ing.METHODS Eighty SD rats weighting250~300g were divided into four groups.Each group was further divided into five subgroups.The model of acute cerebral hemorrhage was established by Nath method.The concentrations of IL-6in plasma and brain tissues were measured with radioimmu-noassay.RESULTS The levels of LI-6in plasma and brain tissue in experimental groups remarkably increased(P<0.05) ......
