    摘 要:目的 探讨子宫内膜异位症中Ⅰ，Ⅲ型胶原的含量和作用. 方法 对20例子宫内膜异位症(EM)患者的异位内膜组织(红色病变组和黑色病变组)和11例非子宫内膜异位症患者的在位内膜组织(对照组)用天狼猩红染色，偏振光观察，photoshop分析，半定量研究Ⅰ，Ⅲ型胶原的含量. 结果 Ⅰ，Ⅲ型胶原在对照组中含量最低(P<0.05，P<0.05)，Ⅲ胶原在红色病变组中含量最高(P<0.05)，Ⅰ型胶原在黑色病变组中含量最高(P<0.05).Ⅰ，Ⅲ型胶原在增生期和分泌期无明显差异(P>0.05). 结论 子宫内膜异位症患者的异位组织中有Ⅰ，Ⅲ型胶原的表达.Ⅰ，Ⅲ型胶原的异常表达可能在EM的发病机制和病程进展方面有重要作用.
