SUMMARIZE ON SCREENING ANTICOCCIDIAL DRUGS IN VITRO CULTURE FOR CHICKENS

Abstract: The methods for screening new anticoccidial drugs are summarized in this paper.Especially the most developed method in vitro is described in detail.There are many advantages in vitro culture，such as facility， elerity，nicety，economy and so on.This article summarizes the predecessors' efforts and concludes a standard proce- dure on screening anticoccidial drugs in vitro culture，and we describe the methods for cell culture and chicken em- bryos cultivation respectively.
