次声对大鼠血液流变特性的影响

    摘 要:目的 研究次声对大鼠血液流变特性的影响. 方法 使用频率8Hz,强度为90dB与120dB的次声每日对大鼠作用2h,观察血液流变特性的变化. 结果 120dB作用7d与90dB作用14d后导致了血细胞比容、全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度等血液流变指标改变,而120dB作用14d,90dB作用28d后这些变化的指标又都恢复. 结论 一定范围内的次声作用可引起强度相关的血液流变学改变,而且这些改变是可恢复的.
