    摘 要:目的 了解长期模拟失重状态下大鼠下丘脑功能活动状态. 方法 用Fos和胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)的ABC法,分别检测4周模拟失重大鼠下丘脑神经元和星形胶质细胞(AS)的变化. 结果 二者表达仅见于室旁核尤其大细胞部、视上核和视交叉上核,而其它部位未见表达;AS胞体变大、突起增粗增长. 结论 下丘脑这些核团参与了对长期失重的反应,且可能与加压素分泌增加有关.
