红花黄色素在小鼠组织中的分布特征

    摘 要:目的 对红花黄色素(SY)在小鼠体内的代谢、分布等药动学指标进行考察. 方法 红花黄色素在生物样品的浓度采用紫外可见分光光度法测定. 结果 小鼠尾静脉注射264.9mg·kg-1 红花黄色素(UV)后,血药浓度-时间曲线符合一室开放模型,曲线下面积(AUC)为57862.2μg·min·mL-1 ,半衰期(t1/2 )为41.6min,红花黄色素在肝和肾中浓度最高,心、脾和肺次之,脑中浓度最低. 结论 红花黄色素在小鼠体内分布广泛.
